"My brother had a bad accident and needed to stay here the night before he was picked up since he was unable to drive himself back to Atlanta for surgery. The front desk gal was amazing and very accommodating. He had a restful night sleep when he really needed it and she delivered him water as he was unable to move around freely. Thank you!"

"Arrived to be notified of 2 surprises I don't recall seeing in property description. Yes, they are dog friendly, however the fee is $75/ night and the pet area is across the street and half block away, not convenient for middle of the night potty run. Also, the ONLY parking is Valet which I was told was $20, final bill was $28, rounding out a 1 night stay to >$500. Sure there's "on street parking" if you can find it with several other hotels nearby. Would stay elsewhere next time."

"This is less a commentary on the hotel and more on the lack of effectiveness of the communication between myself, Expedia, and the property. I had a reservation for two nights this past weekend, and my flight was delayed and ultimately cancelled. I used the Expedia app to contact the property to make them aware and to request they hold the reservation for Saturday, when I did ultimately arrive, since I knew I'd be recorded as a no-show otherwise. It is not clear whether this information was...

"Well located clean- nice bed"

"Great location - so many nice restaurants, bars and cafes around the hotel. My room was spacious and clean. It was nice to have a microwave, fridge, and Keurig machine. Bathroom was a decent size too. The bed was a bit lumpy. Staff were friendly and so nice. They made us feel very welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The staff here is great; the location is great to just about anything you need to do in and around WS. Lots of food options, mall right across the street, 40 min from a great hiking spot. Place was relatively clean, good place to crash for a night or two."

"It was clean, the staff were friendly... But the beds are SO uncomfortable. Every time I'm at a Marriott, the beds are old and lumpy. The pillows are too small, and the sheets are incredibly thin. For a place I book explicitly to sleep, I expect to sleep at least ok. Not a chance."

"We arrived late in the evening on Saturday and the front entrance was locked and no one was behind the front desk to let us in. We had to wait more than 10 minutes for someone to let us in. In our bathroom, the tub drain was clogged so the bathtub kept filling with water when we showered. When we reported it to the front desk, they said they didn’t have any maintenance people available to look into it until Monday. They did give us a plunger but we had to plunge it after each person showered...
