"Staff was super nice and told us about free ubers to the hospital, gave us free water because we had been walking back and forth to the hospital. The only issue I had is when I extended my stay I was told to come down in the morning checkout and check back into my same room. Ended up having to call my wife back from the hospital so we can move all our stuff into a different room with smaller beds. There was nothing they could do. Besides that hiccup, it was great and would stay again."

"The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the ladies working the front desk. Our room could have been cleaned better. We found a pair of prescription glasses in the corner on the floor, and a disposable coffee cup sleeve in the corner where the lounge chair was located. There was also a lot of dust under the rolling desk area. The walls in the shower need to be replaced due to water damage. We enjoyed the pool area, which was clean and stocked with pool towels. "We were greeted by friendly staff when we arrived! We were provided bottled water and cookies. The room was clean and well stocked with towels and washcloths. The continental breakfast was good and the staff kept all the different food items stocked. The staff was always polite and eager to assist if needed."

"The rooms are highly sprayed with disinfectant spray. I could hardly breathe when i opened the door. Needless to say we left and did not stay the night because even our clothes smelled like it. Discusting experience. Parking was fine."

But very rude front desk with a sassy attitude and not helpful at all so felt it was a dead end to share anything."

"Our time was amazing. We ended up extending one night. Pool was great - kids had an amazing time. Breakfast had options for everyone, it was plentiful and filling. Housekeeping was very sweet and accommodating. We arrived at night since we had a 11 hour drive in - receptionist was welcoming and had the biggest smile on her face every-time we saw her.
