"The breakfast was not consistent, but there was a wide variety. I think for being a Michelin star it should’ve had homemade pastries not store-bought. I also feel like it should’ve had a small microwave in the room and makeup wipes or makeup towel or something to clean your face with. The bedding was amazing Mattress a bit soft for our taste, but that’s a hard one to get right."

"The property is conveniently located in an ideal location centrally to many walkable attractions. It is on one of the most beautiful streets in the historic area. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The courtyard was a relaxing retreat throughout the day. The hotel was offering breakfast that was creative and delicious. They also offered an evening wine and cheese social which provided an opportunity to meet with others staying at the property. ...

"The room was very spacious. More like a 1 bedroom apartment. They offered a happy hour but unfortunately we weren’t able to take advantage of it due to having other activities at the same time. Water and soda was available in the lobby. Walkable to everything. Staff friendly and helpful."

"Mold everywhere!! In the ceiling, on the baseboards, in the bathroom, in the hallways. Mold, mold, mold. And there is so much moisture in the air out clothes got damp just hanging in the room. Valet parking was terrible (the valets themselves were fantastic and loved them) but 50 dollars a day plus an addition 110 dollar fee for utilizing the premises (which they did not state before hand). So over 900 dollars plus 260 fee for a three night stay for a small moldy room which we needed to clean....

"The cost of the hotel was very reasonable for the size of the unit. The kitchen had everything that we needed, and the bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels. The beds were pretty comfortable. The only thing I would nitpick about the hotel are the pillows, they were too soft for us. Even after stacking them, our heads would pretty much be on the mattress after a few hours. Overall the hotel was great, I would just suggest bringing along a pillow you like (if possible)."

"We stayed at Planter's Inn 10 years ago, and love staying in historic hotels and also loved it at that time.. Sadly nothing has changed, so it is showing age. Carpets need to be changed and a general refresh. It is still a perfect location and love the history. They used to do a continental breakfast and I would recommend they think about it again. There is a good breakfast place nearby though. We had just come from Charleston staying in an historic inn that has been redone and had a lovely...

"Our room was clean but a little shabby. Rough remodeling work However, the staff was amazing and were going back (and staying in another room) just because of the staff. Chuck and Miss Dee Dee made us fell at home. One important issue, they have 3 floors with old steep stairs and no elevator! They need to notify clients about this when they chose rooms."

"The Ann Savannah was a great place to stay for my quick trip to Savannah. The parking and check in process was quick and easily. Staff at the front dress were professional and helpful. My room was stock with what I needed and very comfortable. It was great having the kitchen! I took off 1 star on Maintenence only because the curtains in the bedroom were not hung correctly (the "pull" wand to close the curtains was not attached to the curtains)....but the blinds worked and were sufficient. ...

"The building is beautiful and very charming. The room we stayed is very spacious and it was for the most part well maintained considering that is an old building. The curtain to the terrace is not well placed and has zip ties holding and some wiring. The jet tub was not very clean and barely hot water. Fully open was just luck warming and even after waiting more than the 5 min they asked (15 min). I asked the staff to change the water heater temperature as plumber, I knew what I was asking. It...
