"Personnel très sympathique, surtout le Monsieur de l’équipe de nuit, professionnel et très serviable, qui se met en 4 pour rendre notre sejour plus agreable. Place de parking sécurisée, logement spacieux, je regrette juste que la clim ne puisse pas s’arrêter, moi qui la supporte mal (systeme centralisé). Nous avond tout de même trouvé une solution pour rendre la chose plus supportable. Un grand merci!"

"My third stay at this Odalys Aparthotel and nothing but praise for the comfort of the Studios, the excellent location ( within easy walking distance of all the attractions of Nantes) but, above all, for the friendliness and professionalism of the wonderful staff. They made me feel really welcome, a huge plus to a solo female traveller!! Its association with the Catering/Tourism College is another added extra as there is a great value cafe & restaurant in the building if you don’t want to self...

I Tried to check-in on the Night of 26 to 27 but Nobody answered the Bell - I called the number exhibited at the door and had only automatic messages without any assistance - I am claiming the full refund of the fees paid at Expedia - Regards,"

"An extremely enjoyable 3-days at this Residhome, the check-in staff were lovely (friendly, professional and multilingual) and gave me the quiet room that I’d requested. The studio itself was spacious, pristine and comfortable, plus the much appreciated good A/C in 40C. Location was also good, just a 15 minute pleasant walk along the harbour from the train and bus terminals and same into the city centre and Château. Ticked all my boxes, will certainly use again and recommend!"
