"There was food left in fridge from previous stay. Even though the room appeared clean made me feel like it wasn't. People next to room playing loud music till late at night made it hard to sleep when having to be up early next time. "
"Stayed in room 301, near the stairs. The hall way stunk near the room. Found out from the staff, they had a roof leak and it got the carpet wet. They've been cleaning it, but still smells. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable, but had the following issues, which I didn't report to the staff.
-Bathtub slippery, no grip texture.
-Loose tub faucet handle.
-Tub faucet has a constant drip.
-Shower head pipe cover isn't secure and doesn't cover the hole in the wall.
-Toilet paper holder is loose, missing a screw to hold it in the wall.
-Light switch cover isn't flush against the wall going into the sink area.
-Noisy room, a/c and outside road noise.
-TV remote would only turn the volume down to 6 and no lower."
"First night was awful. Guests in room above us were loud for hours, stomping and a woman screaming. I tried to call the desk however the phone in the room was disconnected. Trains ran nearby all night with whistles blaring. Spoke to the morning staff only to be told I should have left my room and walked to the lobby. The second night was not much better with guests in the next room partying it up. We left that morning and did not stay the last night. We went to another hotel. "
"We were on our way to an important meeting, had a long day of travel, and had an hour to get ready. When the guy showed up abot 20 minutes later, he told us that they did not have a handicapped 2 bed room. He wanted to give us a king room. I told him no, that I had made specific reservations for specific reasons. Without saying a word to us, he went in the back, about five minutes later he came out and walked right past us, down the hall, and got into the elevator. He did not say a word to us about where he was going or what he was doing. At that point we talked about just leaving. We decided that we would take turns, waiting for him, while the other changed in the restroom in the lobby. He was once again gone for around 25 minutes. We were just about to put our luggage back in the car and leave when he walked past us without saying a word again. I said to my friend that this is just unacceptable, and I think he heard me because then he walk over to the snack bar, grab two candy bars and two bags of chips and two waters and stick them in a gift bag. I was finishing putting on my shoes and getting ready to walk out the door, he called me over and said, your room is ready as if nothing had happened. At this point I was mad. They did not clean our room, we had to ask for towels. The pool had only 1 towel. The breakfast lady acted inconvenienced toward us. The bright spot was a young man named Cole. He went above and beyond to take care of our special needs."
