"The hotel is very conveniently located at the corner of the marketplace, the center of Heidelberg. It is also right next to the beautiful bridge that pedestrian could walk on and have a great view of the city and the castle. The staff is very friendly and professional and courteous. "Although we only stayed overnight, the hotel was both convenient and comfortable, with a professional and pleasant staff, excellent parking and an overall comfortable feel. The room looked brand new, as did the rest of the property. The location was wonderful, easily accessible by car and only a few tram stops from old town. We would definitely stay here again."

"This is a great place to stay to feel part of the old town in Heidelberg. Great views across the river. The restaurants and bars close at 10.30pm in the old town, so it’s not noisy at night time. It was very hot weather when I stayed and the room didn’t have aircon but I kept the windows open and fan on and slept well. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Would be nice to have facilities to make hot drink in room. I’d definitely recommend this to friends and I’d stay again if I was in...
