"The place is beautiful, comfortable and clean. I did not eat the breakfast so I can not comment on the foods. There was one thing that I hope the hotel do in the future is to provids a bottle of water in the room for guests since bottle of water is not that expensive. We got to the hotel really late and could not find water anywhere for the night. Over all I’m happy with the hotel and direction to check in. Will stay there again."

"We absolutely loved everything about our stay, from the nice welcome by Patrick, chats with staff in the lobby, great warm breakfast included, incredible room, to the fun, delicious and energetic and restaurant, this place is the tops. Our Block Island 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen had everything we needed, was tidy and provided comfortable beds and bedding. The view is great and the beach access convenient. Can’t wait to stay again!"

"Clean room. Bed was a little stiff for our liking and shades needed to over lap window to fully block out light. Room was nice and spacious."

"Rooms were clean and minimalist. Beautifully landscaped grounds with inviting fire pits, shuffleboard, horseshoes, Adirondack chairs, hammock and children's area."

"Excellent location right across from the water, walking distance to beach, about 10 minutes. Food in the restaurant was excellent and they had a nice happy hour. The free breakfast had oatmeal, yogurt, bagels, english muffins, pastries, granola bars, coffee, tea. Our stay was very quiet except for being able to hear our neighbors upstairs walking around. Would love to stay here again. "
