"We arrived at the Budget Inn a little before midnight on a Friday night. We only stayed one night on our way to the Westerly beaches. The property and the room were clean and the staff was helpful with providing directions. It’s a secluded location with not much around or much to see, but it is clean and safe. There aren’t many amenities and very little soap, shampoo, etc. We wore shoes in the shower because although the bathroom was clean, it was clearly old and well used."

"The only down side was no assigned parking. There is enough spaces but you may have to walk a little bit. Otherwise I have to say it was the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Great staff."

"Right on a private beach. Free morning coffee. Overflow parking across the street if you're early. Clean room but small."

"Room was not appealing. Looked like it was still being renovated. Lack of lighting and a place to put clothes. TV was not always work do to poor signal. and no were to sit to watch. There was a bed as you walk in to the main room which lacked a cover and a large round table with chairs.Also door only had one very poor lock. Room was definitely over priced."

"It's neither horrible or amazing. You pay for what you get. If your trying to impress someone I would not go, but if you just need a place to sleep its cool."

"I ended up not staying here because when I requested a lower level room, they gave me the key and it was immediately noticed that the room had not been cleaned in a while. The room smelled musty and the bathroom ceiling above the shower was molded. The bed linens were stained, and the 1 set of towels were well worn. There were cobwebs hanging along the edge of the ceiling and even spiders in the webs. There were carpenter ants crawling across the entryway, the microwave door would not close...
