Very nice clean and modern small family run hotel. Staff were very pleasant. The hotel itself is very close to the main strip but far enough away to be in a very quiet area. Close to all the main local bus stops as well which we used a few times.

A perfect and friendly oasis

A quiet oasis yet close to restaurants and amenities. Staff are friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Don’t be put off by Faliraki. It is easy to be separate or part of the hustle and bustle from this hotel. Plenty of restaurants and the beach a short walk away. A central location for Rhodes old town, butterfly valley and Lindos. Only 20 mins to the airport. Perfect location for a holiday.

Good hotel with an amazing staff! I’m particularly thankful to Aldo, which is receptionist, waiter, barman, dishwasher, and serves breakfast also. This guy is working 18h straight EVERY DAY and definitely deserves a 200% raise whatever his salary is.

Malibu Boutique Studios is a pleasant, slightly older facility. Location is near the town center, shopping, and beach. The staff provided excellent service, correcting minor problems quickly and without difficulty. Online GPS programs misdirect to the back of the property, rather than the parking in the front.

Nice place with a good location. Easy acces til the busting streets in the city. Stayed on the ground floor that I will not do again if I go back. These apartments are accesed via a corridor that maked the noice from here extremly high especially when people gets home in the evening/nights. But nice hotel with friendly staff 😁

First impression stylish property and friendly staff, quiet location, but not really in the league of boutique hotels which have luxury linens and towels, toiletries etc. A few niggles - agree with previous reviewer about the shower, very small (I’m very petite) and kept knocking into the tap, shower curtain is too short to function effectively. Breakfast wasn’t great, limited hot food came out, but no hot plate to keep it warm? Orange juice was not fresh orange and food was the same most days, except one. The sister hotel Esan is a boutique hotel, obviously pricier. I ate in the Esan restaurant twice and highly recommend it.

Was only there 1 night comfortable bed room small but clean. Air conditioning stopped working half way through the night which wasn’t great as so hot. But we didn’t say anything as we were leaving In the morning. Boyfriend said breakfast was good

We loved the hotel and envrioment. I mail them about late chekcout and do not mentioned about money but when wr arrive they request 6 euros for hours .I paid 45 euro for one day:) This is the only issue that i seen .

Great hotel, pool fab and lots of sun beds around the pool. Bar food great. Basic breakfast but fine. Minimum staff but they are very helpful and efficient. Only annoying thing is the bedsheets….they don’t fit the beds well and pull away exposing the mattress…admittedly I move around a lot ! So this may not have helped. Air con great. Efficient and quiet… Would definitely return.

BEAUTIFUL & FRIENDLY 10/10 RECOMMEND!

My stay at Malibu Boutique Studios was so amazing. First of all the staff were so friendly, helpful and informative especially ALDO! He is the manager and was so welcoming and accommodating. Any question we had never went unanswered. Any help we needed from travel advice, where to shop, renting quads/cars, restaurant recommendations, he gave it all! For background we were a group of 4 young ladies and they made us feel so safe and reassured. You can get a mixture of ages which is also very nice. Secondly the hotel itself is stunning! The décor in the lobby/restaurant/pool side is so chic and aesthetically pleasing. The cleanliness is 10/10 there wasn't a spec of dirt anywhere and the pool was always clean. Rooms are tidied every day with always extra towels which is lovely! The stay includes breakfast which is the icing on the cake, fresh fruit, pastries and hot continental breakfast next to the pool. This made our morning every day! With a small walk to the strip and close to shops, this was a perfect location to stay in Faliraki, and the staff made it even better. I would 10000% stay here again, i have already recommended to all my family and friends! Thank you to Aldo and the team for such an amazing stay, if only all staff could be like you!

This was my second stay at the hotel. The first time was great, so returning felt like an easy choice. Overall, you get what you pay for, but this time was disappointing. On two occasions we came back to find our room door open. The cleaner was apologetic and nothing was missing, but it was unsettling. The room was also uncomfortably cold, and with no instructions for the aircon, we spent days adjusting it before finally finding a good setting. The worst part came on our last night. At around 22:30 we were asleep when the receptionist suddenly opened our door, entering without our consent. We woke up shocked to find someone coming in. We were told our room controlled the aircon for that wing, and that our adjustments had affected other rooms. Instead of apologizing, the receptionist blamed us for “fiddling” with it and insisted they hadn’t really entered, just checked the settings. At no point did they acknowledge how inappropriate and frightening it was to walk into guests’ room at night. In general, the staff did not feel friendly or welcoming. Asking for help or even buying something often felt like an inconvenience to them. Sadly, this completely ruined the trust we had after our first stay, and I would not return or recommend it.

D.Y.O.R. before commit!

Shower was badly designed, the whole bathroom gets very wet each time it gets used. Could do with a light in the hallway. Room cleaners always come between 9:00 and 10:00 in the morning when my kids were still sleeping. I asked them to come back later and they did once but totally ignored my requests all other times. So, they did not even cared about the state of their hotel room never mind customer service! I will do them a favour and stop commenting now...
