Some aspects of our room were not terribly functional - steep steps up to the bedroom, shower at opposite end of room to sink and toilet, and a less than comfortable seating arrangement in the living area. That was perfect as we were dropped off right at the door and within minutes we were checked in after being offered a glass of wine.
