"Very nice and helpful staff who gave a great introduction to the city when checking in. Very clean room. Really loved the design of the room and the rest of the hotel! Delicious breakfast, also nespresso machine in the room, coffee and lemonade available in the common area. Would stay here again if I come back to Plovdiv! "
"It is listed as being located in downtown Plovdiv, but unfortunately, it is actually about a 25-minute walk from the city center. In front of the hotel, there are several buildings that are falling apart, which makes the view from the windows quite unpleasant. The rooms at the back of the building are very dark and receive no sunlight at all.

"Every yeat we stay at Regnum hotel and it is always perfect. They have made renovation of the main hall and it looks beautiful. Since we always book family apartment with kitchen, there are plates, glasses but never any dishes to make food - sinple soup or pasta. "

"Beautiful hotel! The location is perfect as across the street starts downtown & ski lift is near by! I love the views from the room! Super beautiful! The one downside is the inside accessibility in regards to getting to your room, there are a lot of stairs up & down leading to rooms. Beautiful rooms & staff is super nice!!!! "We (three adults) stayed in a two-storey mezzanine room and it was the perfect accommodation for our ski holiday. There was plenty of space both upstairs and downstairs with a sofa that pulled into a sofa bed, bathroom, a separate toilet and wardrobes downstairs and upstairs too. We had a balcony with amazing views of the mountains. The decor of the room and whole hotel is lovely, very cozy and feels very ski-esk. Breakfast was included too which includes cold and hot food. "A short walk to the main strip with restaurants and bars. Easy street parking. The room and bathroom was pretty dated, but comfortable. No aircon or fan if visiting in Summer, but the mountain weather kept things cool enough to sleep."
"Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels. Food was brilliant for buffet breakfast and dinner. Lunch in lobby bar was great. Reasonable prices. Some items cheaper here than in other bars.
Pool was great, very busy at peak times. Had a view of the resort. Comfortable beds, plenty of space. Small fridge. Hooks and shelf above radiator to dry ski gear. Loved it here! "
