"The staff was incomparable! So incredibly helpful and accommodating! Anne was very thoughtful, friendly and, above all, helpful!! The A/C in our room did not work and it was extremely hot, so we were moved to another room with EXCELLENT air conditioning and we were super grateful!! Thank you, Villa Florentine!"

"Fantastic staff, beautiful rooms. Not super close to main part of Lyon but easy to jump on ebikes and ride beside the river safely and beautifully in to town all times of day. Was disappointed the restaurant and bar were closed during our stay because it was "slow summer" would have appreciated if even the bar stayed open so there was some type of drinks available because there isn't much super close in the area. Would recommend the hotel!"

"Wir haben uns im Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt. Für Frankreich war die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig. Unser Zimmer war ruhig, sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Hotel liegt in einem sehr netten Viertel. Viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, Metro-Station ein paar Minuten entfernt und das Stadtzentrum fußläufig erreichbar. "

"A beautiful hotel with so much history. The rooms are renovated but still have so much of the original feel. Shower is great. The owner is so lovely and took the time to be so welcoming and help us figure out the city. The outdoor door is the only challenge. We should have asked for two keys. "
