"DO NOT STAY HERE!! I checked into The Residency Rooms Liverpool and was met with a terrible smell coming from the toilet, making the room unfit for habitation. I reported this immediately to Expedia, but the hotel was unresponsive and not answering calls from expedia. While Expedia eventually refunded the unused nights, the whole process was extremely stressful, and this property should not be listed on their site without proper checks. Very disappointed and would not recommend."

"The house suited our needs, however the lounge was upstairs although on the plans it was on the ground floor and we had elderly parents who couldn’t climb the stairs. We arrived to overflowing bins which smelt very bad and they weren’t sorted until the following morning. The photographs are clearly out of date as the accommodation is tired and is used as a HMO."

"We enjoyed our time in Conwy and at the Castle Apartment very much. The facility was clean and stocked with everything we required for our stay of three days. However, the thing we appreciated most about the listing in the end was its location. We were within a short walk of the Castle, the city walls, the waterfront quay, Plas Mawr, the Royal Cambrian Academy and a myriad of restaurants offering a variety of cuisines. "I took my granddaughter for a little treat away and we really enjoyed the swimming pool and the breakfast was excellent, our room was comfortable, we had a lovely time."

"The room was clean, spacious, and surprisingly comfortable — plenty of space to relax without feeling crowded. The beds were cozy, and everything felt well-kept and thoughtfully arranged. The hotel has a warm, welcoming atmosphere with modern touches. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, offering great local recommendations and making everything easy from check-in to check-out. The location was ideal with a golf course just behind it Overall, it was a great stay with excellent value. Would absolutely return and recommend to anyone visiting Flint!"

"I was meeting up with some friends in Llandudno and picked this hotel as it's dog friendly. My room was basic but very clean and comfortable. I had the bonus of a seaview too. The check in lady was very friendly as was lady next morning when I checked out. I was meeting my friends for breakfast so I can't comment on it but it smelled good! "
