Good location and good log cabins

We were upgraded from a hotel room to a studio log cabin which was OK. Furniture was a bit tired but everything worked and it was clean. A good location for the beaches and the nearby waterfalls are easy walking distance.

slept on the floor for 2 nights

Booked a one bedroom apartment for a family of four.The sofa bed turned out to be a normal setee-it took 2 nights with my husband sleeping on the floor on a single mattress to be moved to another apartment!There was no apology ,no refund and they lost our credit card details as well.

Not really a country club

This "hotel" was really 12 rooms in a module unit that appears to be created for selling time shares units, which were cabins in this location. We did not use eat at the hotel. The hotel was located next to the lounge where loud music and noisy smokers outside your window made it hard to recommend this hotel. The health club was OK, but appears to get a lot of non-hotel usage. The wireless did not work. The front desk appears to be the locals hangout.

Needs Improvement

A little run down and needs some updating and improvements. Excellent restaurant and reasonable prices. Wish pool and other facilities were open longer (close by 8p and 7p for children).

On par with a good Travel Lodge

This is family hotel/motel, so also popular venue for parties, so wasn't great when trying to sleep and people outside where listing all the words they knew starting with the letter 'f', which unfortunately only seemed to be one word! That said the grounds are quite pretty with peacocks strolling around.

Would visit again

The room had been updated recently but the bathroom hadn't. If it had i'd have given top marks. Couldn't fault the cleanliness of the room. And the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall we had an enjoyable stay
