Front desk passivo, elevadores lentos e mal programados pra começo de história (se fosse só isso nem perderia meu tempo escrevendo um review, afinal era um hotel somente para dormir) Passamos por situação extremamente desagradável com o valet, o que mais surpreendeu é que no momento do check out, outro hospede também se queixou do mal atemdimento (o que leva a crer que é uma situação recorrente), principalmente a falta de educação do serviço, no clímax da situação ainda tentaram se eximir de qualquer responsabilidade, afinal o serviço é terceirizado, uma verdadeira piada de mal gosto. Se for ter a infelicidade de se hospedar neste hotel, estacione fora do hotel.
