"Okay my room was pretty clean except for the shower ceiling which for some reason had what I can describe as pubic hair stuck to it in multiple locations. The major issue I had was that upon checking in I was informed of a "Pet fee" which I know is common at hotels and usually runs about $20-$30 per night. Well, that was not the case at the Hyatt the charge for a single night was $75. No this is not one of the Hyatt's top end hotels and the room itself was $84 per night. So, I could have nearly rented an additional room for my "Pet Fee". The pet fee's should be stated on the Hotels.com website so a traveler can be well informed when selecting a hotel. The breakfast is serial and bagels or toast. Nothing very nutritious."

"Room smelled like mildew and the last day of stay the sink was full of tiny ants or some type of bugs crawling all over the counter. Told the staff but he didn't even address the issue. Other than that I would've given them 5stars."

"Breakfast is warm and fresh and they have a waffle maker. Kitchen is fully equipped."
