"Accessible room shower was broken and changed me to a standard room without notification. As a wheelchair user this is not possible. Ended up having to stay in thr accessible room with no water. Was charged for two nights at full price even though I did not stay thr second night and had requested a refund"

Don't all a whole family to check in and midnight and rearrange furniture for 45 minutes. Then started again in the morning woke up to moving furniture again. Called front desk and complained. Worst stay at a hotel that i have ever had as far as noise."
