"The room was clean the bed was great. My room did not have one washcloth in it or tissues. I only stayed one night so I didn't complain, I used a hand towel for a washcloth. Otherwise, it is a nice place to stay."

"Bout 10:30pm, Front desk clerk was aloof, did not great me n spoke very little. He seemed moody. We got off to a great start. He did not programmed the card key correctly. I had to comeback from the 2nd floor to have it re-keyed n again. The front desk was annoyed, eventhough he didn't do his job.
Once i got into the room,it reeked of cigarette smoke n there r no blankets. I went back n the front desk and again. The front desk clerk wasn't having it. He motioned to the heater to warm up the...
