"The sink was falling off the wall, the door had a huge gap at the bottom and the cold air came in and every single thing going on outside sounded like it was in our room. The staff was outside arguing with a customer in the middle of the night. This place should house the homeless, there is no way they should be allowed to charge to stay there. "

"Room was clean overall. Staff was friendly. Heating was loud but functional. Shower head had very strong flow. Comfortable bed. Door/window needs better insulation though. There were visible gaps that allowed noise and smell (cigarette from neighbors smoking outside) to enter the room. Room needs more hooks. There is a sign that encourages the reuse of towels but nowhere can we hang them to dry properly. We requested at front desk that no one comes to clean the room, since there was no sign...

"Paint peeling off in the bathtub TV sucked staff couldn't give me the controller to the tv staff questioned my family member that came to visit me and called the room to say I am not to have visitors that they have to leave in 15 minutes staff standing outside my door as if they were trying to listen to what was going on in my room acting like they're cleaning the room across from my room when it wasn't even occupied to begin with "
