"Excellent front desk staff. Their recommendation for dining was spot on. Vicky the breakfast room staff was friendly and helpful with a smile and "Good Morning" for all.
The motel entrance sign needs to be much larger as I missed the turn in a couple of times despite using GPS. Breakfast was excellent with numerous choices. I would definitely stay here again. The room was neat and well cleaned."

"pros: great breakfast, clean room, free shuttle to and from airport cruise shuttle through fee. comfortable beds.
Cons: service in restaurant was mediocre. I had to ask for water refill even though there were 3 staff standing in front of me. some minor wear and tear in furniture in room. AC took forever to kick on.
Great for a 1 night stay, don’t know if I would stay more than that. it’s rated as a 4 star hotel I would say 3 at best. "

"Overall, the hotel was okay for what we needed. The location was convenient for visiting the Everglades, which was a big plus. The beds were comfortable, and despite the air conditioning being pretty weak, it did keep the room comfortable enough — it just seemed to run constantly.
There were a few downsides. The room had a noticeable moldy smell, and the shower curtain wasn’t installed correctly, so water ended up all over the bathroom floor after showering. Housekeeping never came during our...

"I normally stay at the Lennox hotel which is their sister hotel and it was still amazing. From the staff to the breakfast in the morning. The hotel was clean and the view was amazing I stayed on the 9 th floor. It’s right in the heart of downtown close to bayside marketplace. You can do some shopping eating site seeing. The pool and rooftop bar was nice"

"I recently stayed at the Ramada and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. One of the biggest issues was that there was no elevator, which was never clearly stated beforehand. I had to carry and pull my luggage up two flights of stairs, which was extremely inconvenient and exhausting.
On top of that, the two attendants at the front desk were very snappy and unwelcoming when I asked questions. Customer service makes a huge difference during a stay, and overall I did not feel valued...
