Very clean, friendly staff, prompt to assist, and a smooth check in and out. I truly enjoyed staying at this hotel, it’s very comfortable for a family. The game room was a surprise. The only thing I suggest is offering non pork options on your breakfast menu to accommodate all guest.

It's been a while since we've stayed at Country Inn & Suites and this one deserves an A+! Clean, curteous staff and even a nicer room than expected. Would definitely stay again.

The room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was great with a nice variety of things to eat - delicious & freshly-made waffles, sausage, eggs, yogurt, fruit, assorted breads and juices. The staff is very friendly! We checked in after midnight and Jay at the front desk was super friendly & helpful. Everyone was very nice & pleasant. We had a nice stay and wouldn't mind staying again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Country Inn and Suites in Ashland VA. This hotel is our go to hotel when visiting our college student at RMC. Thank you for keeping this hotel in such great condition as the suites are very comfortable which is the reason this our preferred stay.
