"There’s a coffee maker in the room and cookies and coffee free in the lobby. The egg restaurant just around the corner is excellent. We had no problem getting the free hotel shuttle quickly at the airport and we flew in very late around 10 PM. We got an Uber to go to the Chinatown area and it was relatively cheap. "

"It was a great option for a clean and easy stay after a long flight. I wish I had more time to walk the trails near the house, they looked really nice! The family was also very nice and helpful when I was so so tired. It cost me a little bit in Ubers to get there from the airport, and the house was very echoey, so even though everyone was respectful and quiet I could still hear doors opening/ closing throughout the house during the night etc."

"The entire hotel feels old but was well kept and maintained. I was staying after a cruise and needed a deep clean, the water was very clean and felt refreshing. The showers are a bit slow and weak but I'm assuming that's to conserve water? Staff was very helpful during the check-in and check-out process. I would definitely come back here in the future."

When I arrived at approximately 2:15 PM, I was told my room was still not ready and was asked to wait while housekeeping finished cleaning it. I explained that if a room was not available at the guaranteed early check-in time I had paid for, I would like a refund of the early check-in fee. The front desk employee refused the refund and instead offered another room of the same type, which I accepted because I was checking in...

"The bedsheet was clearly not changed before I used the bed, which is completely unacceptable. When I woke up in the morning, my dress was covered in white cat fur, making it obvious the bedding had already been used by someone else. This was unhygienic, careless, and extremely disappointing. I am genuinely unhappy with this experience."

"Shortly after arriving the power went out (8:00pm).We were told something down the street caused the power outage. We chose this hotel because of the pool and with the power outage we were not allowed to use it. We had no lights in the room or the bathroom ( the hallways did have lights ). Unable to charge our phones they ended up dying. We had to be up early so knowing we didn’t have an alarm to wake us up we didn’t sleep much at all. Unable to shower because there was no hot water and then...
