"Seriously excellent, I would confidently Book.Spent only 2 days. Building is great, super quiet, clean, luxurious unit.Someone was on site to come by out room when we had a question.Super friendly and willing to help with anything.Really enjoyed my stay from the states.100% returning when We stay in the UK again."

"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free).
Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."

"I checked in to find the room unsanitary. Do not trust the photos or the property description online! It’s a complete misrepresentation of the actual accommodation.
The worst experience I’ve ever encountered anywhere. Sheets were dusty; the chair was stained; the bathroom was unclean. There was a small, dusty fan in the room to top it all off. "First of all communication and organisation was outstanding, cleanliness was also top drawer, however, even advertised as a Compact Room, it was too small for my wife and I, in fact it was/is the smallest room we’ve ever stayed in and we’re both in our 70s. Neither of us could turn around in the shower and although the bathroom/toilet was immaculately clean, the smell from the drains was appalling!
Probably ok for a single person weighing no more than 8 stone…but not for us!"

Les lits étaient confortables.
Nous avons manqué de papier de toilette et il était trop tard pour nous rendre au 109.
Une vrai cafetière, sel, poivre et sucre auraient été agréable.
Sinon rien à dire, nous avons apprécié."
