"The hotel overbooked. I had to wait 30minutes to check in as he sorted out the issue… We were offered to be moved to other hotel and I was like what? Finally they had a 1 king instead of the 2 queens i I had reserved… terrible… this has been the first time this has ever happened…. So beware of this hotel if you book with them…just be prepared.."

"I accidentally left a bag containing expensive clothing in my room. While I understand it was my responsibility and I take ownership for that, I am extremely disappointed that it was never turned in to the front desk.
I have stayed at this location multiple times this year and have always chosen this hotel because I trusted the service. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my opinion. Because of the way this situation was handled, I will no longer be staying at this location...

"The room was clean but those towels have seen better days! If you can pack a towel or two to bring with you it’s a good idea. The staff was polite and the parking felt safe enough. The Mexican restaurant across the street is very good.
Overall it was a place I’d stay again if I needed to."
