Needs a freshen up… rooms are tired. No batteries in TV remote, wi fi doesn’t work at night. Bathroom door sticks Woken by housekeeping at 08.20 asking when we were checking out! Feels impersonal, breakfast is reminiscent of a school canteen!

Personal, vor allem beim Frühstück, ist sehr langsam. Wenn etwas fehlt, musste man danach bitten (Teller, Tassen, Gläser, Käse…) und wurde eher so behandelt, als würde man nerven. Frühstück an sich eher begrenzt.

Horrendous noise and a fire exit to the roof. On complaining when back was advised no rooms available to change and sent someone ...
