"Didn’t like that there was restaurants in hotel rather than breakfast. No microwave in rooms. Got locked out of room day of checkout almost 2 hours before checkout time. Had to have staff reopen it because they couldn’t get me a new a key that worked. Staff was very helpful. Overall stay was good"

"Beautiful hotel. Did not receive the room I reserved online. Walls are thin, in my room I could hear the people in lobby along with the music they play over the speakers in the lobby, which was kind of weird. Lots of cute sitting spots around for someone to have a private conversation. Great Starbucks attached to hotel with good breakfast. The restaurant/bar was decent, it did get very crowded and noisy but they have a great outdoor patio. The room was very night and comfortable. "

"Room was filthy and made me sick. Found mold growing behind peeling bathroom wallpaper. After I finally got to the only room they'd offer to switch me to, I found out they downgraded to a queen bedroom from a king without being informed or the price adjusted. As-of this review, they have yet to refund me the difference in price, or for the manager to respond to the mold, spiders, lack of cleanliness, foul room smell (embedded in carpet and curtains) that made my first and primary room during...

"Fair value for money. Desk staff very helpful. Inadequate parking near registration desk or doors to rooms."

"Small and everything look old for , poor breakfast, not worth the money! Location St.paul downtown way better!"

"Sheets had "hair pieces " at least 10. Toilet had toilet paper in it. The AC/heater(living room ) rattled throughout the night. Tub filled up. Right out the windows was the apartment neighbors window. It was sold out for the night so no switching rooms"
