"I’m from Mississippi, and this Hilton used to be one of the top places to stay in Jackson. The hotel is still large, and the staff were very nice and friendly, but the property is outdated. Only one elevator was working during my stay. My biggest issue was the air conditioning. I reported that my room was warm shortly after check-in, but it was never fixed. When I returned late that night and again the next day, the room was still hot. I ended up leaving early. I do appreciate that they...
