"It’s time to remodel the rooms. Main lobby areas were fine but the rest of the hotel is showing its age. Didn’t get room cleaning or towel service between Thursday and Monday even after asking multiple times and leaving towels in the hall. Room needed vacuumed from check in with hair everywhere. Air conditioner made a huge racket all night long. Very disappointed being a Hyatt member. Back to Marriott stays we go."

"Got to one hotel at around 5pm check in was 4pm room wasn’t ready the front desk lady advised they are fully booked and rooms are dirty even advise I book another room At another hotel after my card was charged and had reservations. I tried to contact Expedia who offered me a partial refund which I was very unhappy with . The lobby was filled with people who the hotel staff advised was also waiting for rooms . After about 90 minutes we were able to get a room. Been traveling for approximately 10...

"One of, if not, the cleanest hotel we’ve ever stayed at. We book our stay at this hotel every time we visit the area to see concerts at Brandon Amphitheater. Very nice staff is another huge plus! The hotel is near a lot of restaurants and shopping as well. "

"Area did feel safe. Was disappointed with the cleanness of the room.. saw hair in the bed... floor didn't seem to have been vacuumed. I expected a lil more for a Hilton standard property. But for the price I paid for the night.. it was overall okay!"
