"Everything was clean, toilet was hard to flush because it was tied to the lever to help it work. Desk clerk did his job but was not friendly when I checked in. The clerk at the desk the next morning was friendly and helpful. "

"Toilet clogged, no plunger available, no manager or maintenance on duty, could not relocate room as hotel full capacity. Only 1 employee on duty. Had to send my husband out to walgreens. R5 minutes round trip to get a plunger to fix our toilet so we would have a working restroom. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend as hotel is poorky managed and not staffed well."

"Our stay was not what we expected. The indication was that there was an outdoor pool. Since the temperature called for a couple of days above 80 degrees we looked forward to the pool, but were only informed that it was still closed since Covid. We also expected a free breakfast, however we were informed on arrival that they also had not offered breakfast since Covid. This was not the stay we expected."

"The room could have been better taken care of but the a/c worked fine, the front desk staff was very nice. My only real complaint would be our room did not have a microwave or fridge vut that was it!"

"The pool is listed on their website, the outside sign and in the Expedia listing, but is closed. The bathroom is covered in mold. The red chair in the corner of the room is covered in suspicious bodily fluid stains. My young child and I were traveling alone and placed at the end of the top floor with a connecting room door that we had to block off. The air did not work correctly and the room was very hot and stuffy. The smell inside the room was like bad weed and stale cigarettes. There is also...

"It was a nice clean hotel. Unfortunately they were struggling to get keys to work in some doors. 6 tries to get us into a room which included 4 trips up and down from the second floor. Then sent me to a room that had other guests…luckily the key didn’t work again. Finally had to try 2 rooms on the first floor, which ok…it’s now been a half hour and we’re finally in a room. Then at 2:30 AM they send other guests to check into our room because they failed to update their system to reflect the room...

"We didn’t get to use the pool due to it was still winter, the service and food was amazing but disappointed due to the fact the whole stay we never got house cleaning or fresh towels and fresh sheets during our stay but other than that it was great, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was incredible loved it!"
