"Terrible experience. I felt like a second class citizen. Outside door on ground level. Dangerous. All the handicapped rooms are outside while all others are internal hallways. No roll in shower, seat or bars. Closet bar too high to hang clothes. All dishes and glasses unreachable. Absolutely not a usable room. You have to go ousde in the rain for ice, pool or breakfast. Asked for a different room. Staff huffed, rolled her eyes. I was unhappy and was dismissed by her telling the other employee...

"I loved that the pool was indoors and the hot tub was right outside - I’m assuming the pool can then be used year round when the big “garage door” is closed, and maybe the hot tub too. Everyone was friendly and helpful. And loved the kitchen and separate bedroom! Great stay!"

"This hotel has been sold back to a franchisee from the main company, and has recently been "spruced up." The newly painted walls looked nice, I like the breakfast and the cocktail "hour" but there are some things that we were not impressed with. We have been coming to this venue for many times over the years. One primary reason is the Margarita at Pine Creek which is a favorite restaurant and just a very short walk out the back door. We generally come down from Denver during the day, have...

"Overall stay was great, they could improve on the pillows. However my biggest complaint is they need to improve on maintain customers animals who stay there. Not let them around the breakfast area or lobby. I was eating my breakfast and a random dog came to my table. Hotel staff directed them to get there dog, only for her to pickup the dog in her arms and walked through the line beside the food. Gross"
