"Orange juice at breakfast was warm. Fridge in room didn't work. Fingerprints on window glass and walls. Cable TV didn't work. They gave me another room which was better."

"The rooms were cleaned every other day. For us they skipped a cleaning day so the trash was over flowed. The toilet paper ran out. The automatic currents did not work. Had to use a paper clip, that someone else left behind to get sunlight in the room."

"The property was very pretty & well maintained. I wish there were formal walking paths around the property to get on. I kinda made my own. I did have an issue with one of the charges to my room & the staff was super helpful to get that taken care of for me. I will definitely stay there again!"

"It was very difficult to sleep due to the strong smell to cigarettes in my room. My head was hurting throughout the night and had difficulty sleeping. Although I requested a non smoking room it seems like the entire hotel smell the same. The outside of the hotel looked abandoned and unsafe. It was to late for me to cancel but for that reason I checked out before 5:30 am I couldn’t stay any longer. Horrible experience"

"The staff was nice. Thats about the only good thing to say about the hotel. There was a lady slumped over in a car outside of my room when we arrived. The door for my room wasn't the appropriate size and there was an opening at the bottom I had to stuff a towel in to make sure no critters came in. I wish I would have taken photos. Breakfast was minimal.The pool water looked cloudy and dirty so we never got in. I don't feel any of these issues are the staffs fault but management needs to invest...

"Showing up at the property I wasn't 100% certain what I was going to experience. Outside you can definitely tell what it used to be. But the current property owners and manager have put an absolute ton of work into this place to make it absolutely beautiful. When I arrived the property manager was incredibly helpful and got me in even when I arrived after check-in time. "We were here 4 nights and we were really happy with the stay. Morning breakfast was substantial, pool was great, room was comfortable with temperature controls and blackout curtains for those early sunrises! Parking is the only negative however we never had an issue if we had to park on the street. We would definitely stay again."

"Gorgeous location. So calming and relaxing. There was a yoga class on their grassy area but we only watched. The outdoor patio party was hopping, but we enjoyed the calm of the clean and comfortable room. Located right alongside Boulder Creek, there were plenty of accessible trails which we did enjoy. Early morning coffee, available in the lobby, on the grassy overlook was a great place to start the day."

"Everything was great about this hotel. The only thing that lowered my score was the AC in the room was very loud. It cooled well but the noise kept me up during the night."
