"Hotel was nice and clean and didn't have that funny smell like some do once in your room. Bed was comfortable after long day of driving it was easy to fall right to sleep. Staff was friendly and majority were eager to help. Easily accessible from interstate, grocery store and gas station right up the road."

"Check in is completely accomplished via tech/electronically … which is fine, if it works. Our keypad on our room’s door did not work. At 10 pm after a long drive, the last thing you want to deal with is a faulty keypad that delays entry into your room. It took multiple calls to correct the issue."

Fan didn’t work, tub plug was broken, and there was damage to shower wall. Tv picture wasn’t good- not important. I wasn’t able to check out early, as our plans changed, and was charged for the extra day, because the hotel staff said because I booked through Expedia. I purchased the insurance as well, but no benefit. I will not be using this...

"This Inn is Lovely, pristine clean and so comfortable. Parking in the lot next to the Inn. Safe and charming little town and College, off the main streets. Quiet and safe. We love it. The staff couldn’t be nicer and more professional, and the little restaurant has Really really delicious food. We think this place is a gem. Elevator, large rooms, great bathrooms, great shower, room temp control. "

"Very clean!!! The staff were great. Very good customer service. Breakfast was decent. The usual free breakfast. I do not mind staying here again. And if you are a travel medical staff for Paoli, this is a good location. 7-10 minutes from the hospital."

"The pool was not what we considered heated. 72 degree was cold. Typical indoor pools are heated to 80-88 degrees. Swimming was not possible unless you want to do a polar plunge"
