Check-in staff are excellent. However, it was really hot in the room and they turn the air-com off at the end of august so sleep was difficult. This was further disturbed by the MASSIVE noise and bass music to about 3am (not the hotel's fault, but added to the horrible night's sleep over friday and saturday night). There are no glasses for water - just wine glasses, which are not practical for a bedside table. You have to refill water from the corridor - no complimentary bottle when you arrive. For room service it's opt-in, which is environmental - but if you forget in the morning, no clean towels for you.
The spa reception staff (except the masseurs and Alina and Lina who were all great) were argumentative and surly. They force you to book on the internet even when you tell them "it doesn't work" (their response is: :"it must"). Then they don't get back to you at all, then you have to do downstairs and book in in person in the first place - which defeats the 'relaxing' element of a spa.
