"We had such a good time. And our two dogs had even more fun. We were all so relaxed. Really enjoyed sitting out in the Mount Rushmore viewing area with a glass of wine after a long drive. The food is really good and the staff is as nice as we’ve found anywhere. Jadz the night manager is great and we love the dude who runs the food area. All of them class acts. We don’t like camping but love UNder Canvas. The tents are awesome. "

"I want to say the staff did a great job, even though the hotel company booked a girls softball league group, I am sure at a discounted price for the group. The girls were disruptive, loud, messy to the commons area late into the night. The staff asked the parents to address the complaints of the other hotel occupants. Parents did not nor did they care nor did they do anything. I would advise don’t book that team again. "
