"Fantastic service and staff and great location. Our room was spacious and comfortable but we were not a fan of the bathroom situation. Clear glass doors that didn't shut properly, and the shower has curtains that didn't stop water from getting everywhere. We were also on the ground floor and got a bit of noise from the cafe. "The apartment was modern and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Location was ideal for my nearby conference and plenty of food and shopping options nearby. I highly recommend this apartment and will come again."

"The room was quite cold and a little damp. Blinds were all down so no natural light. One heat pump in lounge so bedroom was cold. Only one blanket on bed with no extras in the cupboard. No Wifi for the kids. No remote for the TV (limited sky TV access - one channel). Cockroach on the wall had to be killed and disposed of. No frying pan when cooking breakfast and no scrubbing brush to clean dishes or dish rack to stack them. Pretty average to poor compared to other places."

"This is a great place to stay- central location to surrounding areas, shopping and eateries in Petone. We used parking facility and felt this was a great option due to limited parking in area. We felt very safe in this facility. Staff are very polite and helpful. Our room was very clean and noted some cracked tiles in bathroom which have been highlighted with management. We will definitely stay there again"

"I’m not a seasoned traveller. On arrival the staff were very helpful. Helped me with logging on to WiFi, showed me to my room. Very clean room, serviced daily with milk top up and coffee/teas, clean towels and made bed. The Appartments are close to a supermarket/chemist, restaurants and a bus stop is on the doorstep. Walking is relatively flat into Newtown shopping centre."
