El hotel es bastante bueno, el servicio excelente. El recepcionista muy atento y amable. La alberca está super bien para niños pequeños y para adultos además de que es climatizada. Lo único que no nos gustó mucho fueron los colchones que eran bastante duros.

Why the smaller towns in Mexico are super.
The hotel is a gem. Great room cleaning daily, friendly and efficient mostly English speaking desk folks. The room was a junior one bedroom suite. Terrific. Great views from the semi private patio. Many, many restaurants close by and taxis are very cheap. We loved our stay.

algo descuidado los baños ,ya que el primer dia no tenia agua en excusado y la regadera se le tapaba la coladera, y no servian los mosquiteros y el aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido .

Nos toco la peor habitacion. Y al pedir cambio ni nos tomaron a cuenta porque "tenian entradas otros días". El baño solo tenía una puerta que no llegaba al techo, por lo que se escuchaba todo lo que pasaba ahi dentro. Y no tiene ventana por lo que todo se va a la habitacion. Aparte, la regadera estaba a un lado de la taza, sin separacion ni nada. No se tenia nongun lugar para colocar los productos de limpieza (solo el lavabo). Aparte, una de las camas esta sobre un registro (supongo de desagüe), por lo que siempre se tenia ruido de agua a horas intermitentes. Dicen tener wifi, pero solo funciona en la recepcion. Siempre que pediamos cambio de toalla, siempre las estaban secando o no tenian. No les importaba la gente haciendo un relajo, por lo que intentar dormir temprano era complicado. La mucama se esfuerza y hace un buen trabajo.

Terrible customer service, they cancelled my booking the day I showed up for not leaving a deposit! I was going to pay in full day of arrival like any other booking. Would never book here again

El hotel está muy bonito, la comida del restaurante muy rica, lo único es que al llegar no te reciben con amabilidad hasta como que se enojan las recepcionistas y en la habitación no dejaban las toallas que en un inicio cuentan, por ejemplo de las de la piscina cuando llegas son dos toallas y los demás días solo dejaban 1 igual las de baño.

Upon check in no english speaking employees, booked a kitchenette no coffee maker asked for one did get it but also no coffee cups. Had friends visit us on our balcony one evening till 10 pm, was told the next day no visitors were allowed at your room or balcony? Kept getting messages from the hotel saying ,No guest allowed

The location of this hotel is great. Half a block from the beach and the front of the hotel faces lots of walkable options for eating and shopping. They were very strict on their rules on this hotel that we were even afraid to use the towels and get anything on them because they will charge you a fee. The towels were really old, rough and not even white anymore. The mattresses on the beds were old and hard. Beds were not comfortable at all. It was nice to have a kitchenette if you wish to do some cooking just know there is not many utensils or kitchen items.

This property was close to the beach with ocean views. We stayed in the penthouse the suite was nice but what we didnt like was there wasnt air conditioning in the living room, the beds were very uncomfortable with only one thin bed sheet. The shower and faucet water had a salty taste And to our surprise one huge roach in the kitchen and one in the bedroom. The location was beautiful but I will be returning to a different hotel next time

The hotel was requesting a first nights deposit hours shortly after I booked, but on the app it stated to pay when I arrived at the hotel. Once arrived I had to take inventory of all the items in the room. Our sheets and pillow shams were dirty and stained with oil and blood. I sent them the pictures through WhatsApp, they saw my message and never responded so I had to call the hotel. Once I talked to the receptionist it took them over an hour to bring us sheets and they didn’t have extra fitted sheets which were the ones stained with blood, it was late at night and we were exhausted so we just slept on one bed instead of one on each bed. I asked them the next day if due to the inconveniences I could check out at 1 and was told very rudely no.

Great place to stay with family. Very clean and safe. Their pool is big and nice all rooms have stove and fridge which helps safe money from eating out if stying multiple days.

The resort was terrible, it doesn’t deserved to be called a resort. Motel 6 is better. No shampoo, no bottle water, no shampoo, had to request soap. Rented the penthouse what a disappointment. To add insult to injury got charged an addition 600 pesos per person when it was suppose to be for 8 person even when we were 7. Will never stay there again.

el cuarto que me toco eran 3 pisos no forma parte del hotel, como que era una casa que quedo a medio terreno por dentro la pintaron y acomodaron para que pareciera parte del hotel por fuera se aprecia que es una casa, tiene 3 niveles bastante incomodos para ir de la sala al cuarto tienes que subir un nivel, tienen un escalon enorme en la entrada por que la casa no coincidio con el resto del hotel, subir la maleta al cuarto es un verdadero problema por las escaleras mal diseñadas y sin barandal, en la sala si llevas niños es un riesgo de muerte ya que no tiene barandal y da a unas escaleras de un nivel hacia abajo que es una puerta de salida a la calle independiente del hotel, a la cual igual ni llave te dan

En general fue buena la experiencia, solo que el colchón fue malo, con bolas. Personalmente mi sueño no fue bueno durante las 4 noches que estuvimos , estoy operado de la columna. Reporté el asunto pero no hubo respuesta.
