"Very clean Staff great"

"La propreté de la chambre à notre arrivée, la VMC ne fonctionnait pas de ce fait il y avait beaucoup d'humidité après l'utilisation de la douche, à peine la moitié des chaines de la TV fonctionne et les chaines française ne fonctionne pas, l'insonorisation est très médiocre on entend tout ce que les voisins font... La piscine est non chauffé, Dommage car c'est un belle hôtel bien placé"

"Breakfast and dinner buffet were amazing, lots of good options. Water park was closed when we got there, so kids were not able to use it. Beach area is pretty good, lots of souvenier shops closeby."

"Rooms were lovely - cleaned every day - Restaurant was very good with plenty of variety. Only negative thing about this stay was there was lots of building work going on meaning pool out of use, gym out of use, no sunbeds around the pool just up on the veranda - and the workmen without fail started at 8am every morning until late at night - obviously hotel getting ready as quickly as possible for the Easter rush. But that cant be helped - it will obviously be back to normal in a couple of weeks....

"The room I stayed in was a bit tired, with paint missing on the bottom of the door. The air conditioning also was very poor and luckily, as it wasn't that warm outside, it made more sense to have the balcony doors open to make the room cool, rather than having the A/C on. Apart from that, the room was comfy enough, with a fridge and plenty of cupboard space and a safe. There was no kettle on the room but I asked for one from reception and got one brought by the comfort team, The balcony was big...
