"Very good location, which is near bus 102 stop, and very close to Lake Brienzersee. The hotel restaurant is excellent, it offers authentic US flavor food at a very reasonable price. There’s a grocery store at the other side of street, really convenient"

"The hotel itself was beautiful, very grand as stated in the name. The staff were ever so helpful and very attentive. The room had a few cobwebs near the radiator and window in the room but other than that the room was clean. Very hospitable and welcoming staff, would definitely stay here again! Intercontinental breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, sauna/steam room."

"We had a beautiful room with balcony and wonderful views. We did not frequent the restaurant or any other amenities so I cannot comment on them. The staff were accommodating and the overall stay and location was great."
