"This five-star stone hotel is a true gem. The manicured gardens are stunning — every corner immaculately kept, perfect for peaceful morning walks. But what truly elevated our stay was the staff: warm, professional, and attentive at every turn. The management clearly sets a high standard, and it shows in the seamless, thoughtful service throughout — from check-in to housekeeping to dining.
A beautiful property backed by a team that genuinely cares. Highly recommend! Management should be proud!"
"The Luna Arcos hotel is perfectly located near the centre of the village, which you reach via one of the delightful pedestrian bridges across the river. The hotel has plenty of parking and the check in was welcoming and very efficient.
Our double room was spacious, nicely furnished and very comfortable. It also had a small balcony with table and chairs, which was nice.
Breakfast takes the form of a buffet with a good selection of fresh fruits, cereals etc. There’s also hot food and whereas I enjoyed the bacon, sausage tomato etc, I have to say that the eggs were a bit hit and miss. For some reason on the first two mornings the egg dishes were not refreshed and were pretty awful. On our final morning however we had freshly cooked fried eggs and nicely cooked scrambled eggs - so all is forgiven.
In short, this is an excellent hotel, in every way, and represents excellent value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back."
