Ambiente. Não tirei foto, nada agradável p mostrar

Bom sou a Andréia , a esposa do Vander. A localização é boa, mas o hotel nunca tive em um lugar tão sujo, e não se importam na conservação do lugar. O ventilador da época dos antigos, e fora sujo, velho, deve ter muitas bactérias, e só dá pra ligar direto na tomada, procurei tomada, só tinha fios atrás da cama, barata no banheiro, banheiro pra tomar banho chuveiro ótimo, mas o espaço se fosse gorda não entraria, pq e feito de parede, a abertura super pequena, 70 cm no máximo eu acho, a cortina do quarto , meu Deus, suja pior que pano de chão, a televisão tbm bem antiga e pega 3 canal. O café da manhã , não acreditei , os frios eram tudo cortados , em quadrados para render, e a fruta de café da manhã banana, toda picada tbm, e vcs sabem que a banana fica escura Bom não voltou la de jeito nenhum..

Segunda e última vez neste hotel!

Esta foi a segunda e última vez que fiquei neste hotel. A 1a. vez foi razoável, mas, desta vez, foi muito ruim. Quarto de casal com 2 camas de solteiro que juntaram, não fornecem toalha de rosto, TV muito antiga de tubo onde só pegava 2 canais abertos com muito chuvisco, não tinha cobertores disponíveis e acabei usando o cobre leito que já estava na cama(obviamente, não estava recém lavado), café da manhã extremamente simples, sequer tinha um refresco. Tem água, café, leite, pão francês, margarina, queijo, presunto, mortadela e 1 fruta. Creio que a limpeza do quarto e, principalmente, do banheiro é bem superficial. O preço é convidativo, mas a experiência nada agradável. O único ponto alto é a gentileza, educação e boa vontade das equipes da recepção e camareira. Pequenas mudanças, sem dúvida, fará muita diferença, mas resta saber se o(s) dono(s) se interessam em melhorar e aumentar a satisfação dos hóspedes.
