My first room had now AC, i tried sleeping couldn't, but went down to lobby and they were able to place me in a new room that had good AC. The rooms are okay, get what you payed for, I would spend double the money to be near beach now that I know.

The room was not fully clean, the air conditioning did work but here no instructions on how to use it and the first night I slept without AC . Additionally the evening staff was unbelievably rude and the street very noisy. I wouldn’t recommend.

Foi terrível do início ao fim, funcionários mal educados e grosseiros, cama que afundava no meio, ar condicionado que parecia um carro velho batendo tudo, café da manhã resumido, era pão amanhecido e margarina com café ruim e fruta veio só banana cortada com canela, nunca mais eu volto.

É um hotel pra você que não liga com simplicidade, que visa custo baixo e simplicidade preocupando com custo baixo. Ar condicionado gelou, mas é mto antigo. Não ligo, porém me trocaram de quarto pq o ar não gelou. Então ponto bom! Fica uns 150m do museu do amanhã. Próximo mc donalts rua da pedra de sal que povo fala, é bares. Mas o hotel é simples mas ok, preço de hotel no Rio tá absurdo então vale a pena. Valeu custo beneficio

Chuveiro com pouca pressão, ar condicionado em más condições que só faz barulho, a tv só pega canal analógico (só globo), não tem wi-fi no quarto, apenas na recepção. Coberta queimada de cigarro, ambiente bem deteriorado como cômodos, móveis. CAFE DA MANHÃ muito fraco, muito mesmo. Péssima experiência. Enfim, a localização é boa, mas eu não volto mais. Primeira e última vez.

O ar condicionado faz um barulho insuportável, tv que não funciona direito, internet que não funciona, Tudo tem que pedir não tinha toalha, controle de tv quarto amplo mas que precisa de manutenção. Café continental: se atentem a isso, para não ser surpreendido é o básico: pão com frios, fruta e café Outro fator na porta do hotel passa o vlt.. então você não vai descer do carro na porta do hotel tem que atravessar a rua. Minha experiência com a hospedagem foi bastante insatisfatória. No momento do check-in, já na madrugada, fomos informadas de que não havia quartos com ar-condicionado disponíveis. Diante do horário, ficamos sem alternativa a não ser aceitar uma acomodação extremamente precária. O banheiro, além de pequeno, não possuía qualquer tipo de acessibilidade, com um vão de aproximadamente 20 cm — bloqueado por uma pedra de granito — para acesso ao box, o que é, no mínimo, inadmissível. Colchões extremamente desconfortáveis e roupas de cama poídas. No dia seguinte, fomos transferidas para outro quarto, que, embora ligeiramente melhor, ainda apresentava problemas: o ar-condicionado funcionava de forma parcial, a televisão era de modelo antigo (tubo) e o ambiente permanecia pouco acolhedor. Apesar da excelente localização, as instalações estão muito aquém do padrão esperado para um hotel classificado como 3 estrelas. O café da manhã também deixa a desejar, sendo extremamente limitado — basicamente pão, manteiga e café —, não correspondendo ao que se espera de um serviço hoteleiro. Inclusive, seria mais adequado nem anunciá-lo como um diferencial. Por fim, a recepção evidencia a falta de preparo e profissionalismo da equipe, com funcionários sem uniformização adequada e um ambiente visivelmente descuidado. Não há uma hospitalidade esperada para o padrão do Rio de Janeiro, uma cidade turística.Vários hóspedes reclamando. Não há maleiro adequado e as bagagens ficam expostas na recepção.
