Very conveniently located to Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. Hotel facilities are very good. We had a bad experience during checkin with one of the checkin staff but other staff members handled the matter well. The rest of the stay was very pleasant.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right across the beach. The staff was personable and always helpful. The breakfast was amazing every morning and the hotel was clean. The only complaint I have is that the room was a bit too small for two people but other than that would definitely recommend the hotel if you are staying in Copacabana.

Very beautiful hotel and amazing staff. The restaurant was very good and the quality of the food superb. The rooftop pool bar was also really nice to relax at for a few hours. My only gripe would be that it would be nice to have bedside lamps and complimentary tea/coffee in the room but otherwise an excellent hotel.
