"It was a VERY VERY VERY complicated check in. At the hotel they didn’t know about the reservation and they weren’t expecting us. When I show the person in charge my online reservation and receipt they got mad and tell me they don’t work with Expedia any more because it was hard to get their payment back. "Natural setting was amazing next to Rio Dulce. We arrived when it was dark so they sent someone to meet us the Litegua bus terminal and bring via boat to the hotel reception. The cabin was a little dated, but was comfortable and AC worked great. My wife and I loved our stay."

"This hotel is very close to Rio Dulce. Very nice pool with a small restaurant. The employees are very nice and helpful. The rooms need updating. Decor and tv were very old. If you are just driving through and need a place to relax outside and just sleep, this is the place. If you are looking for modest to luxury stay and amenities, this is not it. Overall, this place is an ok place."

"Lugar incómodo e incomunicado. La empresa no colabora con el cliente no advierte que el camino es una brecha de terracería. El sitio no hay señalamiento que indique el hotel o cabaña.
