"The entertainment factor for kids was good, the beach also nice and calm, but the staff seemed overworked and exhausted. They charged us for 3 pool towels when we didn’t even realize we had to return them at the end of the day, we left them by the pool. We did not take the towels, and so they charged us for something we did not even get. We assumed staff collected all the towels at the end of the day. Front desk and manager was not helpful at all, more rude than anything else. The food was below...
