"Risco De Hugo is a beautiful, high-elevation stay with incredible views that are absolutely worth the short drive from Boquete town. The moment you arrive, the calm and quiet atmosphere makes it feel like a true escape. The building is brand new, and the room has all the modern amenities you could ask for. It even includes an elevated bunk-style bed above the washroom, allowing space for up to four guests if needed. We stayed as a couple, so we didn’t use the upper bed, but it’s definitely a great option for families or groups. The view from the room — especially from the bed — is magical. You wake up to mountains, clouds, and pure tranquility. It’s quiet, peaceful, and perfect if you’re looking for a relaxing, noise-free getaway. Our host, Gerard, was fantastic. He was always available, quick to answer any questions, and even welcomed us personally when we arrived. His hospitality made the stay feel smooth and comfortable from start to finish. Overall, I give Rosco D. Hugo a full 5/5 for the service, comfort, and unforgettable views. Highly recommended if you want a peaceful, elevated stay near Boquete."

"Hostal Victoria was a simple and down-to-earth Hostal. The entire staff were friendly, kind, and helpful. Good value for a budget place to stay. "

"We went for 3 days to the Junior Suite 1. First day there was a wedding. Noise all night long When we got there, the TV did not work. Wifi slow and sometimes it went down. Antes on the sink, the staff told me that "usually happens". No mosquito screen. You need to sleep with windows opens, which usually slam at night. You can hear your neighbor through the walls. Mattresses are really hard. The keys did not work. Staff told me to "insert the key slightly". That was their solution, did not work. I don't know what happened to Casa Grande Bambito. Maybe it's the staff? But I felt the attention was the minimum. Sadly, won't be returning."
