I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn other travelers. Hotel Portobello is advertised as a 4-star property, but based on my experience, it felt closer to a 1-star hotel.
The facilities are outdated and in serious need of renovation. The rooms and common areas look worn down and poorly maintained, nothing like the photos shown online.
