"When we initially checked in we were assigned a room on the first floor which smelled strongly of mold & mildew and had two queens eventhough I paid for a king. "D" at the front desk told us she never uses the rooms in that particular corridor unless the hotel is completely sold out because they are just too close to the water. "My go to place to get away for a couple of days. The staff is wonderful, the breakfast is good, and I stay there at least 2-3 times a year even though I am with on driving distance from home about 40 minutes."

"I enjoyed every aspect of my stay as far as the property and would definitely stay again. The only thing i took issue with was the breakfast could have been more variety and left alot to be desired. Should have meat options for non-pork eaters"

"The property was very old and run down. First thing we walked in the room turned on the lamp and it broke. Hallway carpets were tattered, old and nasty. Bed was disheveled when we walked in the room. Floors were dirty in the room and needed a good scrubbing. Breakfast was very bad. No Bagels, no pastries of any kind, just cereal, brad, a few English muffins, juice and coffee but no decaf. Very inadequate. "It’s average for a motel 6. Bring your own pillow as the front desk didn’t have extra and there were only 3 on the bed. The mattress was pretty stiff. But for a one night stay it served its purpose. The staff was friendly and the halls were quiet during the night."

"Not only where the rooms peeling paint, moldy, and overall dirty they actually had no soap, yes soap, to provide for their guests in the entire hotel. I have traveled five continents and 48 states and this is by far the worst place I have ever stayed!"
