"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly even through the rush & our room was clean and smelled good. The pools were clean and enjoyable as well. The walk to the beach was easy & convenient and they have a bar by the pool that you pass to go to the beach as well. "Only complaint.. the coffee maker was missing the filter. The service people were verrrrry nice and accommodating. The kitchen was well equipped… and I normally don’t like kitchens in hotel rooms.. but we ate well and I happily cooked because the kitchen was so well stocked. We traded our assigned room to a handicap room to be on a higher floor.. and it worked out well. "

"Ok location. Hoped the lazy river had tubes but didn't see any. When we arrived to the room, door wasnt locked. We found a bed sheet in the kitchen and bed not done. They sent the cleaning lady. "The property was ok but the pool smelled of urine for a couple days then on myblast day there i went to see if the corrected the problem and it seemed like the staff finally serviced the piol and put some chlorine in yhe pool. My son lives the water but i couldnt let him get into the pool after the first time we all got in there and our skin smelled like urine OMG!!!! But everything else there was ok. chlorine"
