"Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the housekeeping and hygiene standards during our stay. For the first two days, our room was not cleaned at all. Basic amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, cotton buds, and cotton pads were completely missing. We were three guests, but only two cups and two glasses were provided. Despite reporting for two days that they had not been replaced, the situation was not properly resolved. What shocked us most was that a housekeeping staff...

"Clean room, spacious enough for 2 people. Originally we were put into a much smaller room with a non working AC but the staff was able to move us to a much bigger room with a perfectly working AC very quickly. Fantastic location!! 15-20 walk to most major sites"
