"Enjoyed my stay here. Owner Saamarth was very helpful, carrying for all my needs. Food was very good. Hotel staff very friendly, rooms very clean large, hot water. Close to Ganga very close to Parmarth Niketan. Felt safe , security at night. Close downtown Rishekish locations. Will stay again. Thanks again for the hospitality."

"Great service at this hotel. Room and bathroom i stayed in was clean. Restaurant food very tasty. Easy walk to Ganga river and Parmarth Niketan Ashram and Arti. Only downside. The electric kept going down. Most 95% of the time it came right back up. "

"Freezer was not working. Staff behaviour is really good. But I have faced problem with the driver who is the hotel's driver. On 23rd afternoon after reaching holy water , unfortunately I met with an accident, my ankle got swelled with pain. Next day I requested the hotel reception to arrange a car with a good driver who will show me the places and I booked it for 8 hours. "The wifi was pathetic, no internet on the wifi whatsoever, even I have to get addition data packs on my airtel network to use the internet at night, but then too, airtel signal is also very weak in there. I have not seen such bad wifi network in any 5* hotels I've stayed, please spend some money and upgrade your wifi/speeds as this is not cheap hotel and people expect good wifi, specially when travelling. We booked classic room as it was only available at that time. The room was good, service...

"Location is close to parmarth ashram....but at this rate not a good hotel in term of services...rooms werenot clean ..bathroon door handle was broken room 203...tv was not workking....even no proper reception facility....need more improvement in services."

"Kudoss!! The room was clean and super comfy♥️. Did justice to photos. Although most of the Ganga view from the balcony was covered with trees but overall was a great stay. The best part is that it is located on the main road and walking distance from triveni ghat. The restaurant and the food was delicious as well. The staff was very helpful too. Looking forward to book again with you😊"

"While continental breakfast was included they offer Indian breakfast lunch and dinner menu. One need to be careful with the math for meal bill. Earliest BF we got was at 8.30 otherwise 9. AM is normal. The location is quite nice if you can walk up the hill next to the building otherwise to reach the upper level it is a e longer route. Both Ram and Janki hula are within walking distance fromthe road down the the hill"

"I do not recommend this property for the following reasons: Location- terrible. We couldn't find any mode of transport to the Ghats & market. There is also no sign board on the road to guide you to this place and one has to ask around people on street, guards to help if they help. Service- our food order arrived 30+ minutes late and after several follow-ups. Aircons have no remote so you need to keep furniture to stand on and then reach for the controls. Bathrooms - the washbasin taps open...

"Pillow cover were kind of dirty. Tea worth rs. 80 in this hotel that too wasn't available (being Indian can't accept this). One out of 2 booked room has leakage issue in washroom(may be temporary issue). "
