Convenient to Hersheypark which is what we needed it for. Comfortable beds. Clean bathrooms....

"We had to request shower gel and shampoo as it was not replaced the last time it was cleaned. Also the bathroom fan was not working and was told that all the bathrooms have this issue. Also noticed that the room wasn’t cleaned to its standard as I noticed stains on the night stand and desk. Very disappointing as I frequently stay at Hampton Inn and Suites in various locations. "

"The property is getting renovated. The shower has no door, which is odd. Not sure if it’s because they’re still renovating or if it’s intentional. It steamed up the entire bathroom and hallway because there’s also no vent fan. The sheets were old and no elastic and kept coming off the bed. No one wants to touch a gross mattress. Staff was just ok, not really friendly. "

"All instant breakfast menu, nothing too impressive. All we can describe it as is "it's better than nothing". We asked to change rooms because our first room had a moldy AC. The rooms were also very humid and inventilated which makes us feel claustrophobic even though there is enough space. Very low ceilings also makes it feel cramped. No elevators, which we don't mind since the building only has 3 floors. Room looks clean but the moldy AC and the excessive humidity and lack of ventilation inside...

"The rooms were much smaller than expected. Although the two beds were a decent size, there were no closets or wardrobes. This meant that we either had to keep everything on the sitting bench that shut it out into the very thin walkway at the foot of the beds, or hang everything up. Hanging everything up from the wall hooks was cute, but absolutely did not work for multiple people staying in that room. The backpacks shut it out all the bags were constantly in the way. "The Property was very noisy. I think the rooms do not offer much by way of sound proofing. It felt like a hollowed out apartment at times where you could hear the people in the rooms next door and up stairs walking around. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The linens/comforters should be washed more thoroughly. The property was all around clean and nice."
