"nästan allt var ok utom frukosten, det fanns ingen varm mat, typ äägg, bacon, gröt. Shuttlebussen till Florens stannade inte, som de sagt, på gränsen till gamla stan utan 2 km därifrån. Dålig reklam för boendet att de gör reklam för något, tar betalt och sedan stämmer det inte"

"The front desk staff were fabulous and so willing to help with all our questions and making suggestions The location was lovely. The only thing that I really didn’t like is the gym doesn’t open till 9:00. I like to workout early"
