"Reception staff very helpful with good instructions as you need a couple of codes for the out of hours door and car park door. Apartment was a good size with a useful kitchenette. Parking was easy access on the level with plenty of space. Handy supermarket next door with cheap fuel pumps. Easy walking distance to centre of Tours (10 mins)"

"Absolutely spectacular. We really enjoyed our time at Chateau de Candes. Bertrand and Sam went out of their way to ensure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. "After seeing mixed reviews I had been concerned but for the price we paid this place is amazing. We were lucky to have been upgraded to a 2 bedroom apt, which I would book first time if we came again as see that the one bed would be small for 4. It had everything we needed (except a fan) Like everyone else who stayed whilst the weather was around 35 degrees, we struggled with the heat and no air con, had to sleep with the bedroom door open (we had a ground floor apartment but it felt safe).
